Manage your artwork online

If you are consuming a lot of CDs to send your clients their final artwork, or wasting several printed copies for your clients to to review your work, make comments and markups, then you should check this great file sharing & storage service brought by Uptogo.
The thing that I like most about Uptogo, is that it suits different purposes, whether you are a normal user who wants to share creative works and designs with friends, or a freelance who wants to manage a project online and get reviews from clients before approving your work, or a creative agency that just doesn’t stop at getting its work approved by customers but need to pass the approved work to a press.
Uptogo is a revolutionary file sharing & group collaboration platform in which creative agencies and freelances can communicate ideas and present design work to their clients in a secure online environment.
Let me introduce to you some of the fabulous features of this platform
1 - A Collaborative Platform
Uptogo isn’t just a simple file sharing service, it’s also a collaborative platform, so, If you are starting a creative project where you need participation from certain users, you can create a group of those users and give them system access in just a few steps.
2 - Share your creative work and get reviews
You can show creative files to your clients without the hassle or uncertainty of sending emails with large attachments. Once a file has been uploaded by you, it can be accessed by whichever user is allowed.
Clients can then assess your creative work and choose to either make comments directly on the visual or in the body of an email sent through the Uptogo system. Each comment is traceable and gets automatically archived, as do all versions of any visual that gets shared over the platform.
4 - Get approval from your clients
Once the review process is complete and the client is satisfied with your work, they can indicate their approval in the Uptogo system. So that no time is wasted, you as a freelance or your agency will be immediately notified of this approval by a system-generated email.
5. Release your work to a press or a publisher
Gone are the days of artwork that is misplaced or lost in the mail. Your approved visuals are saved as high resolution files on the Uptogo platform. With a few clicks of the mouse, your publisher or printer will receive a link to download your files.
Finally, if you want to try it, you can subscribe for a free basic plan that will offer you 100 MB storage area, the interfaces are really simple and easy to use, however, your feedback would be of a great help to other readers who didn’t try it yet.

Hi Barbara,
You are welcome! I am thinking of using this service for supporting a future post on my blog, still planning for that!
Thanks Axe City. I wonder if this would work for photos? I am lookin for a real good database. Not all agencies or magazines want cd’s or online submissions. It depends. It would be nice if everyone was the same across the board.
It would be nice to see your future example.
I do like the fact that they do offer a free download of 10 MB.

Hi Ellen,
I think it works fine with photos if they are in the supported file extensions.
If you are interested in making designs, not necessarily to be professional, then you might like my future post, keep an eye!
